Our patients are infants, young children and adolescents and their carers.

Please contact us by phone. Our reception is open from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. An ID card is required. In the case of minors, only the PESEL number. When completing the Patient's data, a contact telephone number and e-mail address will also be required.

We make sure that each of our Patients receives the support of a selected specialist as soon as possible. For your comfort, we suggest that you schedule an appointment at least 3-7 days in advance. The waiting time depends on the schedule of our specialists.

No. At the moment, the Center provides only commercial services - for a fee.

No. All visits take place at the premises of the Center.

Take the necessary medical documentation confirming the diagnosis, the results of recent tests with descriptions, documentation describing the latest treatments and operations. Take a comfortable sports outfit with you (change of footwear if you are using physiotherapy).

50 minutes – we need 10 minutes to disinfect and prepare the room.

The cost of visits (consultation / therapy) ranges from 140.00 PLN to 500.00 PLN depending on the selected service.

For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment: cash, payment card and traditional transfer (the amount must be credited to the Centre's account at least 1 day before the scheduled visit).

Yes. It is enough to report such a need at the Center's reception before the visit and provide the invoice details.

If the delay is preceded by a telephone call and does not exceed 15 minutes, the patient will be admitted.

In this case, we prefer to contact the Center reception by phone. For the comfort of all of you, please cancel your visit by 9.00 am on the day of your visit at the latest.

There is a car park on the premises with separate parking spaces for disabled people.

Yes. We took care of the comfort of the children and their parents, so that while waiting for the visit, they could comfortably prepare for the appointment with our specialist. For this purpose, we have designed a social room for parents with access to comfortable waiting areas, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. A baby changing table is available in the toilet.

The building has been designed so that people with disabilities have the comfort of visiting the Center:

- entrance doors and ramps to the building are adapted to the passage of a wheelchair. It is possible to provide assistance by the employees of the Center at the entrance to the building after prior telephone arrangement at the Center's reception;

- there are no signs in the Braille alphabet and signs in enlarged print for the blind and partially sighted in the building, however, the colors in the Center are adapted to people with vision problems;

- corridors in the building are min. 150 cm, which enables trouble-free avoidance of people on wheelchairs;

- the elevator in the building has the function of adapting to the transport of people with mobility difficulties;

- toilets in the building are adapted for disabled people in wheelchairs;

- there is a conference room in the building, which is adapted for people in a wheelchair;

- you can enter the building with an assistance dog and a guide dog.

Can another person collect medical documentation on behalf of the patient or obtain information about his health?

Yes. However, consent is required - the Patient's declaration, which will be submitted at the Center's reception desk. The authorized person will have to show the receptionist his / her identity document. The forms are available on the Center's website in the "For the Patient" section.
